Unser Omni-Roast-Profil ist so konzipiert, dass es hervorragend schmeckt, egal wie du deinen Kaffee zubereitest – ob du einen Espresso ziehst oder einen langsamen V60-Filterkaffee aufgießt.

Traditionell wird Kaffee in zwei Lager unterteilt:

  • Filter-Röstungen: Meist heller, mit dem Ziel, die feine Säure sowie delikate florale oder fruchtige Noten zu bewahren.
  • Espresso-Röstungen: Meist stärker „entwickelt“, wodurch sich der Kaffee unter Druck leichter extrahieren lässt und sich im Zusammenspiel mit Milch besser behauptet.

In unserer Rösterei lehnen wir diese Zweiteilung für unseren LIEVIE BIO DECAF ab. Wir streben nach dem „Sweet Spot“: Die Bohne ist weit genug entwickelt, um löslich und ausgewogen für den Espresso zu sein, bleibt aber gleichzeitig hell genug, um ihre einzigartigen Herkunftseigenschaften bei einem Pour-over in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.

This shirt is just what I was looking for. A relatively cheap, casual button down for summer outings, brunches, and dinner. It fit well, but is a little slim around the waste so I would maybe size-up. I got a large and it feels more like a medium around the waste, but the length is good. The material is definitely cheap but cool enough for the summer, and more casual than some of my other button downs that I felt overdressed with. For the price you really can't complain. You don't have to worry about ruining it, but it looks high quality than it is.
