Das leichte NESTLE Teleskopstativ eignet sich hervorragend zur Positionierung von kleinen bis mittelschweren Linien- und Rotationslasern. Der Anwendungsschwerpunkt dieses Statives sind Meterrissarbeiten oder Aufgabenstellungen mit Arbeitshöhen von 150-300 cm. Durch die integrierte Dosenlibelle ist eine schnelle und einfache Aufstellung sichergestellt. Mit einem 35 cm Kurbelhub lassen sich Instrumente stufenlos und präzise auf eine gewünschte Höhe aufbauen. Die weiteren technischen Eigenschaften, wie stabile Trittschuhe, Spreizstopp, Exzenterklemmung, eloxiertes Aluminium, Kunststoffteile aus Glasfaser verstärktem Polyamid und eine hohe Qualität in der Verarbeitung, sorgen für langjährigen Einsatz bei härtesten Bedingungen.
Alle Besonderheiten auf einem Blick
- Mit Hilfe des 35 cm-Kurbelhubes kann eine bestimmte Höhe sehr exakt angefahren werden. Durch die doppelte Untersetzung (Kurbelhub pro Umdrehung 1,2 cm) kann die Kurbel auch bei schweren Lasergeräten bequem bewegt werden.
- Patentierter Multifunktionskopf mit Spreizstop und integrierter Libelle.
- Die Selbsthemmung vermeidet ein Nachgeben des Kurbelantriebes und somit das Zusammensacken des Rohres. Die einmal gewählte Höhe bleibt selbst bei Vibrationen erhalten.
- Schnell-Arretierung mit ergonomisch gestalteten Exzenter-Klemmen. Selbst mit Handschuhen ist eine einfache Bedienung des Stativs gewährleistet.
- Mit dem patentierten umlaufenden Klemmband wirkt die Klemmung sowohl auf die Außenrohre als auch auf das Mittelprofil. In jeder Auszugsposition des Stativs erfolgt so eine konstante Klemmkraft.
- Für unsere Rohre und Mittelprofile verwenden wir nur hochwertiges Aluminium. Die Aluminiumteile sind eloxiert und somit äußerst wetterfest.
- Die Aluminiumrohre gleiten leicht und flüssig ohne Verkanten, das Material wird geschont und die Lebenszeit des Stativs verlängert.
- Die Kunststoffteile sind aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid und somit extrem robust. Dadurch heben sie sich in ihrer Gebrauchsfähigkeit deutlich vom Wettbewerb ab.

Fit is ok
They are a definite improvement from my original 22 year old grills but they have some clear differences in quality of the chroming, if you compare oem to these side by side the oem grills look smoother. also they don't fit great at least not on my car, albeit with a bit of nudging they fit pretty close to the originals. Overall not bad for something that is a quarter of the price of the oem part

Looks terrific - great price
I needed to replace just one, but ended up using both the left and right so that they matched. In the closeup picture you can see that the original part is chrome with black on the inside edges of the fins, where the replacement is all chrome. This is only obvious up close if you're looking for it. There is also a slight gap in the fit at the lower inside corner - so not perfect, but also not noticable at any reasonable distance. Wide shots shows both replacement parts installed.
As others have mentioned, this is not the same quality as the original BMW part - but at 1/4 of the price, it is a darn good value and has restored the look of my car.
FOR 2003 CONVERTIBLE OWNERS: This part fits the "pre-facelift" model manufactured through March 2003. I learned this the hard way, because I didn't know about the facelift that came half a year later for cabriolets than it did for hard top models. Make sure you know which side of that manufacturing date your 2003 convertible is on before ordering.

Buy OEM
Finish is fine but sizing is wrong and these don't fit tight but rattle. About 3/4" movement in all ways, which will lead to scratched paint.
If you've got a beater, these are fine but for my clean M3, I'll buy OEM from FCP or Turner.
