Transfusion was written for White Earth Nation Anishinaabe writer-activist Marcie Rendon, and it is for every person carrying the work of justice and spending themselves to bring it to fruition, “who transfuse the courage of their hearts into the faltering world.” Prints of this collage and poem are being sold to benefit standwithminnesota.com which is gathering and distributing mutual aid to families and individuals affected by the ICE assault on their state.
