Paddle Construction - Mid-flex: The Ritual V4 RTL goalie stick is built to flex more evenly throughout the stick compared to Warrior's RM3 lineup. On the ice, this gives the RV4 RTL a smooth, easy-loading flex, with a powerful, zone-clearing release.
- Minimus Carbon 25: Familiar to Warrior's pro-level sticks, the Ritual V4 RTL is built from Warrior's lightest, most responsive carbon-composite weave, Minimus Carbon 25. The Minimus Carbon 25's spread tow weave, is layered in a distinct checkerboard pattern throughout the stick's carbon composition, giving the RV4 a responsive, ultra-light feel.
- TwinSpar Reinforcement: Similar to aircraft wings, the RV4 RTL's paddle implements perpendicular reinforcing spars throughout. On the ice, this design gives the RV4 RTL stick a consistent response off the paddle and blade, without compromising its balance or smooth flex.

Not only designed to enhance shooting, the Ritual V4 RTL's asymmetrical shaft offers a clean and controlled slide through the blocker's palm.
- Hi-Fused Construction: The Ritual V4 RTL's dynamic carbon-composite paddle and blade is complimented by its Hi-Fused shaft and paddle connection. In practice, the RV4 RTL stick's Hi-Fused build focuses flex energy more evenly across the shaft and paddle compared to the RM3's low-kick feel.
- SlideGrip: The Ritual V4 RTL goalie stick is controlled from Warrior's unique, SlideGrip shaft and shoulder package. A very good study book
Format: Paperback
A very good study book for NCLEX. It is to the point making it easy to understand. I used it in addition to Mark K notes and audio and passed my NCLEX in the first try, and i did only minimum questions. I never used anything else to study.
