The Hydroflow BLPHLNWMCV1520 15mmx20mm matte black pair washing machine mini cistern isolation stop taps areconstructed with lead free DR brass and is Watermark approved for portable water applications such as washing machine, toilet, under sink mixer tap and dish washer connections.
The Hydroflow BLPHLNWMCV1520 mini cistern isolation stop tap features a pin style handle and a 1/4 turn ceramic disc internal for effortless operations. The swivel loose nut inlet rotating design enables the outlet to always stay in the desired position for the ease of connections especially in tight spaces. The swivel loose nut design also means no need for Teflon plumbing tape or sealant for a fast and clean installation. The inbuilt check valve serves an isolation function by allowing only one way flow and preventing any back flow into the mains supply. This may be a requirement by some local councils and plumbing authorities for newly built homes.
The Hydroflow BLPHLNWMCV1520 listing contains a pair of 2 cistern stops and they feature contra rotating spindles as per illustrated in the diagram in the photo gallery. The hot water tap will turn anti-clock wise to shut position and is opposite to the cold water tap.
