- Manual gearbox tilt with oversized handle offers smooth, controlled pouring and shuts the elements off when the pan is tipped more than 5°.
- Spring-assisted cover with full-width handle, condensate drip guide and vent port keeps heat in and mess out.
- Etched gallon & litre markings speed portioning—no need for separate measuring tools.
- Removable pour-lip strainer catches solids for cleaner, safer draining.
- 10-gauge 304 stainless steel pan with coved corners wipes down fast and resists warping.
