This is a discreet roof ventilation tile which can be used with both clay and concrete plain tiles. This tile vent is easy to use as no batten cutting is required. If needed an adaptor is available for soil ventilation and mechanical extraction. Thanks to its built-in downpipe, this tile vent provides direct ventilation into the roof space and offers an effective ventilation area of 6,000 mm².
