절박성뇨실금,빈뇨,요절박과같은과민성방광증상의치료

통상성인(고령자포함)에서는권장용량으로서5mg을1일1회투여한다.필요한경우1일1회최대10mg
까지증량할수있다.이약은식사와무관하게복용할수있으며물과함께한번에삼키도록한다.
다음의환자에게는용법·용량의조절이필요하다.
1.신장애환자:경증및중등도신장애환자(creatinineclearance>30ml/min)의경우용량을조절할필요가없
다.중증의신장애환자(creatinineclearance≤30ml/min)의경우신중한투여가필요하며1일1회5mg을초
과하지한다
2.간장애환자:경증의간장애환자의경우용량을조절할가필요없다.중등도간장애환자(Child-Pugh등급B)
의경우신중투여한가필요하며1일1회5mg을초과하지않는다.
3.강력한사이토크롬P4503A4(CYP3A4)저해제를투약하고있는환자:케토코나졸또는다른강력한
CYP3A4저해제(예:리토나비어,넬피나비어,이트라코나졸)를투약하고있는환자의 경우1일최대용량을5mg
으로제한한다.
