AW Metpress 40mm 1 1/2" PFG062 gas copper press 90° degrees elbow DN40 crimp fitting is compatible with all popular press tools and their copper press systems such as Viega, Connex Banninger B Press and Kembla Kempress. This listing is for a single Metpress copper press 90 deg elbow.

The AW  90° degrees press elbows are used extensively in all modern plumbing works, allowing a beautiful right-angle finish and presentation. Along with the AW straight couplings, these are the most common press fittings all plumbers must have. 

The AW Metpress gas copper press elbow features a lip at the end of the fitting. The lip helps align the actual press areas along the copper pipes and provide extra sealing material when pressed. The yellow sealing ring is made of HNBR O-ring for gas applications in both LPG and NG with a temperature range of -20 - 110 °C and a maximum pressure rating of 1600kP.

The AW Metpress copper press fittings have a slug fit over the copper pipes and will remain in place until the press tool is applied, allowing easy installations and adjustments. Once pressed and secured by the correct press tool, the fitting will not dent or deform the internal copper to ensure unhindered gas flow. These features have made the AW copper press systems a faster and safer connections to conventional compression or capillary systems.
