The Kangaroo Island Wool Trilby is a classic reimagined — hand-crafted by our resident milliner with the same care, patience, and precision that define all of our pieces. This custom-made hat offers a refined, slightly shorter brim and a more tapered crown than our Flinders Fedora, making it the perfect companion for everyday wear with a touch of elegance.

Each hat begins with our superfine Australian Merino wool, knitted and then carefully felted to create a rich, textural fabric. The Trilby is then blocked and shaped entirely by hand, and finished with a Kangaroo leather band for a natural, understated finish. No two are ever the same — every curve and detail speaks to the island it was made on and the skilled hands that brought it to life.

Proudly fur-free and produced in-house using low-waste processes, this hat is a celebration of craftsmanship, sustainability, and the wool-growing heritage of Kangaroo Island.
