This model improves upon the legendary original Mako by streamlining the design and upgrading the internal mechanics, making it a robust and reliable companion for divers and desk-divers alike. The watch features a matte Black Dial with the signature "Mako" layout: bold Arabic numerals at 12, 6, and 9, combined with stick indices and sword-style hands. This specific configuration distinguishes it from the "Ray" models, offering a slightly more formal and versatile look. A unidirectional rotating bezel with a black aluminum insert surrounds the dial, featuring a luminous pip at the zero mark for tracking elapsed time. Significant upgrades in this "Version 2" include the removal of the separate day-change pusher at 2 o'clock, resulting in a cleaner, more symmetrical case profile.
