Château Roubine A.C. Côtes de Provence is een van de oudste wijndomeinen van Frankrijk. En ligt in het hart van de Var, tussen Lorgues en Draguignan. Het bedrijf staat onder leiding van de bevlogen Madame Valérie Roussel. Het wijnhuis produceert met respect voor de natuur karaktervolle, zuivere en typerende wijnen. De druiven voor deze Roubine Lion & Dragon Rose worden vroeg in de ochtend geoogst en vervolgens bewaard in een koude kamer om hun temperatuur te verlagen tot 1 graden. De druiven worden daarna op de sorteertafel zorgvuldig geselecteerd en daarna geperst, waar de maceratie 24 wordt uitgevoerd. Kwaliteit staat altijd voorop bij het wijnhuis, daarom worden alleen de beste druiven geselecteerd. Deze koude maceratie, die erg lang is voor een rosé, zorgt voor maximale extractie van de aroma’s en de bijzonderheid van de druiven zonder dat de kleur verloren gaat. De wijn wordt op een lage temperatuur vervolgens in temperatuur gecontroleerde vaten geladen waar de fermentatie en het rijpen van de wijn gedurende zes maanden plaatsvindt.Vol en zeer krachtig deze Chateau Roubine Lion & Dragon Rose
In de geur mooie nuances van rode bessen, citrus en aardbeien. Daarnaast nog een lichte hint van eikenhout. De reden van de geur van eikenhout is de rijping van deze rosé op eikenhouten vaten. Ook in de smaak is de verfijnde toets van eikenhout terug te proeven. Samen met subtiele smaken van rood jong fruit en lichte citrus maken deze wijn van voor naar achter een juweeltje. Een geconcentreerde en intense wijn met een fantastisch zacht mondgevoel. Fris in de mond en heerlijk lange afdronk.Shipping Notes

Hair removal improvements, ooooh! Ahhhhh!

We were vexed and a little annoyed by that one chin hair removal after a waxing treatment. Lo and behold! Zomchi invented a razor for treatments in between salon wax strips. Painless and easy to reapply hygenically. 🤗

Great book for learning about startup culture.

I had this book for a while did not have the chance to read as soon as I got it. Recently finished reading it and learned a lot of great things about startup terminology and how to be fast and how to iterate things in a right way, how to go deep in the problem. Identify pain points for the problem etc. Overall great teacher for anybody who wants to get grasp of a being in startup world.
