Born from the blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, Mouton-Rothschild 2015 is a complete wine, balanced and full of character. The nose is elegant, fine with expressive fruity aromas of wild blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by notes of toast, fresh licorice and blond tobacco which complete this complex aromatic palette. The attack on the palate is fresh, fleshy and saline, of great intensity. It opens with velvety and creamy tannins enveloped in a silky texture enhanced with a touch of minerality. The impression on the palate is very full, rich in aromas of ripe fruit and peppery spices. The exceptional length of the finish concludes a tasting of remarkable balance.
