The making of a copper bell is a labour-intensive process that requires a high level of skill and attention to detail. From selecting the right materials to the final tuning and decoration, each step is crucial in creating a bell that is not only beautiful but also produces a clear and resonant sound. This traditional craft continues to be valued for its artistry and the unique, timeless quality of the bells it produces.

The copper is covered with Zinc powder to be fused together and put into a heated in a furnace until it reaches its melting point, around 1,984°F (1,085°C). Cold water is poured onto it for the copper to be removed from mold.

Copper is naturally durable and does not rust, making this piece both beautiful and long-lasting.
