The 24 mm case offers refined and timeless proportions, preserved in excellent, near-new condition. Completed by the iconic blue sapphire cabochon crown.

The original white dial is beautifully preserved, with classic Roman numerals, chemin de fer minute track, and blued steel hands—showcasing pure Cartier design.

Powered by the manual-wind Cartier Calibre 78-1, freshly serviced and running excellently—reliable and true to the model’s vintage character.

Presented on a handmade black leather strap, complementing the warmth of the gold case.
