Expoflora Greater Periwinkle is a mat-forming herbaceous perennial with trailing stems and green foliage with creamy yellow to white edging.  Solidary blue flowers bloom from mid to late spring.  Grows best with part shade and moist rich well-drained soils.  Can tolerate to near full shade and drought.
