Care
General Maintenance: Turtle vines grow exceptionally quick, so you may find that you are needing to repot them more often than most houseplants. When they become rootbound, transplant them into a pot that is roughly 2" bigger. They are easily propagated by separating the plant or taking cuttings.Temperature: Thrives in normal household temperatures, between 15º-26º Celsius. Keep away from drafts and drastic temperature changes.
Light: Bright indirect light is ideal for these plants. They also do very well in lower light conditions. Direct sun may scorch their leaves. Putting them in a North or East facing window would be perfect.
Watering: Water when the top 2" of soil is dry to the touch. You can check this by sticking your finger into the soil to feel for moisture. Turtle vines do not like to dry out completely.
Soil: Any well-draining potting mix will work well. Ensure your pot has adequate drainage to avoid excess water sitting at the roots.
Fertilizer: Feed with a liquid houseplant fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer months.

Slimy! Taste okay, but strange texture

I really wanted to like these but they're really slimy! I've had Jack Links before but these are even more slimy. I normally get chomps or archer beef sticks. I would say these have the texture of the archer beef stick just a bit more slimy. Not my favorite.

Gross Texture - Weirdly Soft

These are literally the nastiest possible version of a meat stick I've ever had.
Bought them for the price and for lunches to take to work. As it would turn out, I couldn't give them away to family. Everyone who bravely tried it were met with the same gross, weirdly soft, texture. No matter if it was refrigerated or room temp - it was eerily soft I felt like I was eating baby food. The flavor was... Fine? I guess. It didn't wow me either way, just kinda existed. They are also pretty small, I expected more than 4in per item for the price. I thought the price was good when I thought they were bigger, but when I discovered they were smaller, the price became less worth it.
Overall, I'm not sure who the target audience for these it because adults and kids alike did not like them or their weird texture.

I’d rather reviews on these before purchasing them and I didn’t think I was gonna like it. I seen a lot of bad reviews lotta negativity, but I was impressed. They’re actually good a little greasy not too much. They were not mushy at all. Remind me of a slim gym, but not that greasy. I normally eat a different brand, but I really like this and I will buy it again. I recommend it. I wasn’t going to try it because a lot of the reviews weren’t too good that I was reading but they’re good. I like them, but I’m glad I tried it and they are zero sugar.
