At BELAMÉRES, all appointments require a $150 deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Due to the highly personalised nature of our treatments and the time reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations cannot be absorbed. Thank you for respecting our time and the commitment of our team.
If you need to modify your appointment, please notify us as early as possible to avoid the loss of your deposit.
If you booked online, you can reschedule your appointment at any time — except within 48 hours of your scheduled time.
