Each diaphragm spring endures an exclusive four-stage heat treating process providing a consistent light pedal feel. Puck-style Friction Plates with high quality ceramic friction materials deliver high friction coefficient, superior heat capacity, and long clutch life. These Friction Plates uniformly transfer torque to a Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly which extends input shaft life and reduces driveline shock from torsional vibration. This kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool and pilot bearing (if needed). Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
